1              Name of Determination

(1)This determination is the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) (Conditions of approval for approved pharmacists) Amendment Determination2015.

(2)This determination may also be cited as PB24of2015.

2Commencement

This determination commences on 1 April 2015.

3              Amendment

This determination amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) (Conditions of approval for approved pharmacists) Determination 2007 (PB 42 of 2007).

4              Subsection 8(5)

Omit “a copy of the chart”, substitute “the chart or a copy of the chart”.
