1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 1960.
