1. Name of Determination

   (1)   This Determination is the National Health (PB 95 of 2016) Amendment Determination 2016.

   (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 96 of 2016.

2. Commencement

   This Determination commences at 11.59pm on 31 October 2016.

3. Amendment of National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2016 (No. 10) (PB 95 of 2016)

   Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2016 (No. 10) (PB 95 of 2016).
