I, FELICITY McNEILL, First Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Benefits Division, Department of Health, delegate of the Minister for Health, make this instrument under regulation 18 of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 1960.

1              Name of Instrument

(1)This instrument is the National Health (Payments for prescriber bag supplies) (Repeal) Determination 2015. 

(2)This instrument may also be cited as PB 25 of 2015. 

2              Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 April 2015. 

3              Revocation

The National Health (Payments for prescriber bag supplies) Determination 2012 (PB 92 of 2012) is repealed.
