(1)     This Determination is the National Health (Originator Brand) Amendment Determination 2020 (No. 3).

(2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 49 of 2020.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 June 2020.

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Originator Brand) Determination 2015 (PB 100 of 2015).
