1. Name of Determination

(1)     This Determination is the National Health (Originator Brand) Amendment Determination 2019 (No. 2).

(2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 25 of 2019.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 April 2019.

1. Amendments to PB 100 of 2015

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Originator Brand) Determination 2015 (PB 100 of 2015).
