1. Name of Determination

   (1)     This Determination is the National Health (Originator Brand) Amendment Determination 2016 (No. 6).

   (2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 79 of 2016.

2. Commencement

   This Determination commences on 1 September 2016.

3. Amendments to PB 100 of 2015

   Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Originator Brand) Determination 2015 (PB 100 of 2015).
