1. Name of Determination

   (1)     This Determination is the National Health (Originator Brand) Amendment Determination 2015 (No. 1).

   (2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 114 of 2015.

2. Commencement

   This Determination commences on 1 December 2015.

3. Amendments to PB 100 of 2015

   Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Originator Brand) Determination 2015 (PB 100 of 2015).
