I, SUSSAN LEY, Minister for Health, make this declaration under subregulation 59(3) of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations1960.

  1. Name of Declaration

(1)   This declaration is the National Health (Medication chart prescription trial hospital) Amendment Declaration 2015 (No. 2).

(2)   This declaration may also be cited as PB 76 of 2015.

  1. Commencement

This declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

  1. Authority

This declaration is made under subregulation 59(3) of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations 1960.

  1.                Schedule(s)

Each declaration that is specified in a Schedule to this declaration is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this declaration has effect according to its terms.  

Schedule 1 – Amendments

National Health (Medication chart prescription trial hospital) Declaration 2015

[1]            Repeal the following listed approved hospital from Schedule 1

Royal Melbourne Hospital (Parkville, Melbourne)

[2]            Insert the following approved hospitals into Schedule 1

Mater Women’s & Children’s Private Health Services (South Brisbane, Queensland)

Mater Private Hospital Redland (Cleveland, Queensland)

Mater Private Hospital Springfield (Springfield, Queensland)

Mater Mother’s Hospital (South Brisbane, Queensland)
