Part 1         Preliminary

1. Name of Determination

   (1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2016 (No. 2).

   (2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 16 of 2016.

2. Commencement

   This Determination commences on 1 March 2016.

3. Amendment of National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010

   Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 (PB 93 of 2010).
