1. Name of Determination

(1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Amendment Determination 2011(No.2).

(2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 19 of 2011.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 February 2011, immediately after the commencement of PB 9 of 2011.
