  1. Name of Determination

(1)   This Determination is the National Health (Listed drugs in Part A or Part T of F2) Determination 2010.

(2)   This Determination may also be cited as PB 94 of 2010.

  1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the commencement of the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010.

Note 1   Section 2 of the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010 provides that the Determination commences on 11 October 2010.

Note 2   Subsection 85AC (5) of the Act provides that this Determination ceases to be in force on 1 January 2011.

  1. Repeal

The following determinations are repealed:

(a)    Determination under subsections 85AB (1) and 85AC (1) of the National Health Act 1953 made on 7 September 2007;

(b)    Determination under subsections 85AB (1) and 85AC (1) of the National Health Act 1953 made on 5 November 2007.

Note   These Determinations are also known as PB 75 of 2007 and PB 95 of 2007 respectively.

  1. Definition

In this Determination:

Actmeans the National Health Act 1953.

  1. F2 drugs in Part A of F2

For subsection 85AC (1) of the Act, the listed drugs on F2 mentioned in Schedule 1 are in Part A of F2.

Note   The drugs on F2 have been determined by the Minister under the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010.

  1. F2 drugs in Part T of F2

For subsection 85AC (1) of the Act, the listed drugs on F2 mentioned in Schedule 2 are in Part T of F2.

Note   The drugs on F2 have been determined by the Minister under the National Health (Listed drugs on F1 or F2) Determination 2010.
