1 Name of Instrument
(1) This instrument is the National Health (Growth Hormone Program) Special Arrangement Amendment Instrument 2015.
(2) This instrument may also be cited as PB 34 of 2015.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on 1 April 2015.
3Amendment
This instrument amends the National Health (Growth Hormone Program) Special Arrangement 2011 (PB 88 of 2011).
4 Subsection 62(2)
Omit and substitute:
(2) The following provisions in the Regulations do not apply to the supply of a pharmaceutical benefit under this Special Arrangement:
(a) regulation 13;
(b) regulation 19AA;
(c) regulation 21A;
(d) regulation 24;
(e) subregulations 25(2), (3) and (4);
(f) subparagraph 26(1A)(b)(ii);
(g) paragraphs 26(2)(b) and (c);
(h) regulation 26A;
(i) regulation 28.
