1              Name of Instrument

(1)This Instrument is the National Health Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) Amendment 2015 (No. 10).

(2)This Instrument may also be cited as PB 109 of 2015.

2              Commencement  

This instrument commences on 1 December 2015.

3              Amendments to Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008)

Schedule 1 amends the Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008).

Schedule 1            Amendments

1. Schedule 4, after entry for Aclidinium

   insert:

Aclidinium with eformoterol Powder for oral inhalation in breath actuated device containing aclidinium 340 micrograms (as bromide) with eformoterol fumarate dihydrate 12 micrograms per dose, 60 doses

1. Schedule 4, after entry for Brinzolamide

   insert:

Brinzolamide with brimonidine Eye drops 10 mg brinzolamide and 2 mg brimonidine tartarate per mL, 5 mL

1. Schedule 4, after entry for Timolol in the form Eye drops (gellan gum solution)
   5 mg (as maleate) per mL, 2.5 mL

   insert:

Tiotropium with olodaterol Solution for oral inhalation containing tiotropium 2.5 micrograms (as bromide monohydrate) with olodaterol 2.5 micrograms (as hydrochloride) per dose, 60 doses
