1              Name of Instrument

(1)This Instrument is the National Health Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) Amendment 2015 (No. 1).

(2)This Instrument may also be cited as PB 2 of 2015.

2              Commencement  

This instrument commences on 1 February 2015.

3              Amendments to Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008)

Schedule 1 amends the Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008).

Schedule 1            Amendments

[1]        Schedule 4, entry for Carmellose

omit from the column headed “Form (strength, type, size, etc.)”:

Mouth spray containing carmellose sodium 10 mg per mL, 25 mL

Mouth spray containing carmellose sodium 10 mg per mL, 100 mL

[2]        Schedule 4, entry for Hypromellose

omit from the column headed “Form (strength, type, size, etc.)”:

Oral gel 20 mg per g, 100 g

[3]        Schedule 4, after entry for Miconazole in the form Tincture 20 mg per mL, 30 mL

insert:

Mifepristone and misoprostol Pack containing 1 tablet mifepristone 200 mg and 4 tablets misoprostol 200 micrograms
