National Health Act 1953

I, Natasha Ploenges, A/g Assistant Secretary, Private Health Insurance and Pharmacy Branch, Department of Health and delegate of the Minister for Health, make this Determination under subsection 84HA(1) of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act), and having in accordance with subsection 84HA(2) of the Act obtained the agreement of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

1     Name of Determination

(1)     This Determination is the National Health (Concession or entitlement card fee) Amendment Determination 2017 (No. 1).

(2)     This Determination may also be cited as PB 100 of 2017.

2     Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 January 2018.

3     Amendment

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Concession or entitlement card fee) Determination 2012 (PB 102 of 2011) made on 8 December 2011.
