I, JULIANNE QUAINE, Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Access Branch, Department of Health and delegate of the Minister for Health, make this Determination under subsection 84HA(1) of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act), and having in accordance with subsection 84HA(2) of the Act obtained the agreement of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

1 Name of Determination
(1) This Determination is the National Health (Concession or entitlement card fee) Amendment Determination 2015 (No. 1).
(2) This Determination may also be cited as PB124 of 2015.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on 1 January 2016.

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Concession or entitlement card fee) Determination 2012 (PB 102 of 2011) made on 8 December 2011.
