(1)This Instrument is the National Health (Botulinum Toxin Program) Special Arrangement Amendment Instrument 2018 (No. 1).

This Instrument commences on 1 October 2018.

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Botulinum Toxin Program) Special Arrangement 2015 (PB 87 of 2015).

1. Part 1, Section 4, definition for ‘provider number’

substitute:

provider number has the same meaning as in section 4 of the Health Insurance Regulations 2018.
