Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the National Health Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on 31 July 2009.

Amendment of National Health Regulations 1954
Schedule 1 amends the National Health Regulations 1954.

[1] Regulation 39, definition of Committee
substitute
Committee means a Committee established under the Act, but does not include the following Committees:
(a)Drug Utilisation Sub-Committee, established under section 101A of the Act;
(b)Economics Sub-Committee, established under section 101A of the Act.
