National Health Amendment (Immunisation Program) Act 2005

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the National Health Amendment (Immunisation Program) Act 2005, fix 1 January 2006 as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
