NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1977

An Act relating to the provision by the Commonwealth of certain medi­ cal services.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Rep­

resentatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the National Health Amendment Act

1977.*

Commence­ 2. This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by
