1          Name of Instrument

(1)     This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment September 2010 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).

(2)     This Instrument may also be cited as “No. PB 86 of 2010”.

2          Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 September 2010.
