Amendment determination — Pharmaceutical Benefits - Early Supply

1          Name of Instrument

(1)      This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment November 2010 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).

(2)      This Instrument may also be cited as “No. PB 106 of 2010”.

2          Commencement

This Determination commences on the later of the following:

(a) 1 November 2010;

(b) the day after it is registered.

3          Amendment of PB 30 of 2009

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Instrument 2009, PB 30 of 2009.
