(1) This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment December 2009 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).
(2) This Instrument may also be cited as “No. PB 115 of 2009”.
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences on 1 December 2009.
