1          Name of Instrument

(1)      This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment August 2010 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).

(2)      This Instrument may also be cited as “No. PB 79 of 2010”.

2          Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 August 2010.

3          Amendment of PB 30 of 2009

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Instrument 2009, PB 30 of 2009.
