AMENDMENT DETERMINATION UNDER SUBSECTION 84C (7) No. 4

I, Andrea Olga Lucia Kunca, Acting Assistant Secretary, Community Pharmacy Branch, Department of Health and Ageing and delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, make this determination under subsection 84C(7) of the National Health Act 1953 having in accordance with subsection 84C(9) of the National Health Act 1953, obtained the written agreement of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

This Determination is the National Health Act 1953 Pharmaceutical Benefits Amendment Determination under subsection 84C(7) No. 4.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on 1 August 2009.

The Schedule amends the National Health Act 1953 Pharmaceutical Benefits Determination under subsection 84C(7) made on 14 June 2006.
