DETERMINATION UNDER SUBSECTION 98C(1)(b)
No. PB 9 of 2007
I, DIANA MACDONELL, Acting Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Evaluation Branch, Department of Health and Ageing and Delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, pursuant to subsection 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953, hereby make the following Determination:
1. This Determination commences on 1 February 2007.
The Determination (No. PB 50 of 2006) under subsection 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 made on 7 November 2006 with effect from 1 December 2006 is, in this Determination, referred to as the Principal Determination.
3. Schedule 4 to the Principal Determination is amended:
(a) by omitting the details in respect of the pharmaceutical benefit Carvedilol;
(b) by inserting, after the details in respect of the pharmaceutical benefit Ciclesonide, the following details in respect of the pharmaceutical benefit Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride:
