DETERMINATION UNDER SUBSECTION 85B(1)
No. PB 39 of 2007
I, STEPHEN DELLAR, Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Evaluation Branch, Department of Health and Ageing and Delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, pursuant to subsection 85B(1) of the National Health Act 1953, hereby make the following Determination:
1. This Determination commences on 1 June 2007.
Determination No. PB 33 of 2007 under subsection 85B(1) of the National Health Act 1953 made on 30 March 2007 with effect from 1 May 2007 is, in this Determination, referred to as the Principal Determination.
3. The Principal Determination is amended by omitting paragraph 8 and renumbering paragraph 9 as paragraph 8.
