National Health Act 1953 Determination under subsection 84AE(3) (No. PB 117 of 2009) (Cth)

Determination made pursuant to subsection 84AE(3) of the                  National Health Act 1953

I, Linda Jackson, delegate of the Minister, determine pursuant to subsection 84AE(3) of the National Health Act 1953 (“the Act”), that the brands of pharmaceutical item specified in columns 2 and 3 of an item specified in column 1 of the Schedule are co-marketed brands of the pharmaceutical item.

This instrument commences on 1 December 2009, after the determination made under subsection 85(6) of the Act in respect of each of the brands of pharmaceutical item specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule comes into force.
