Determination – Weighted average disclosed price (PB 74 of 2009)

1       Commencement [see Note 1]

This instrument commences on 31 July 2009.

2       Repeal

Instrument number PB 18 of 2009 made on 29 January 2009 with effect from 1 February 2009 is repealed.

3       Determination pursuant to subsection 99ADB(4)

The weighted average disclosed price of the brands of pharmaceutical items listed in Schedule 1, is set out in column 5 of Schedule 1.

4       Determination pursuant to subsection 99ADB(5)

The weighted average disclosed price of every brand of every pharmaceutical item that has the same drug and manner of administration as those brands of pharmaceutical items listed in Schedule 1, is set out in column 5 of Schedule 2
