I, LINDA ADDISON, delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, pursuant to Schedule 1, paragraph (bj) of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act):

AMEND Schedule 5 to the determination made under Schedule 1, paragraph (bj) of the Act dated 24 June 2005 (Determination HIB11/2005) (as amended) as follows:

1. Delete from Schedule 5, Part A, at page 75 of 653, the following text:

MS029 Medical Specialties Microject Drug Administration Ambulatory Infusion Pump System, Administration Sets and Accessories Microject Drug Administration Sets

1. Delete from Schedule 5, Part A, at page 78 of 653, the following text:
