DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 98C(1)(b)
No. PB 40 of 2007
I, STEPHEN DELLAR, Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Evaluation Branch, Department of Health and Ageing and Delegate of the Minister for Health and Ageing, pursuant to paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953, hereby make the following Determination:
1. This Determination commences on 1 June 2007.
Determination No. PB 34 of 2007 under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 made on 30 March 2007 with effect from 1 May 2007 is, in this Determination, referred to as the Principal Determination.
3. Schedule 4 to the Principal Determination is amended by omitting the details in respect of the pharmaceutical benefit Cholestyramine.
