1 Commencement
This instrument commences on 1 September 2008.
2 Amendment of PB 80 of 2008
Schedule 1 amends PB 80 of 2008.
Schedule 1 Amendments
Schedule 1, item dealing with Sevelamer
(a) insert in “Column 2” after “greater than 1.6 mmol per L”:
at the commencement of therapy
(b) insert in “Column 2” after “greater than 4.0”:
at the commencement of therapy
[2] Schedule 2, item dealing with Epoprostenol
(a) omit from “Column 2”:
Powder for I.V. infusion 500 micrograms (as sodium) with 1 vial diluent 50 mL
and substitute:
Powder for I.V. infusion 500 micrograms (as sodium) with diluent
(b) omit from “Column 2”:
Powder for I.V. infusion 1.5 mg (as sodium) with 2 vials diluent 50 mL
and substitute:
