This instrument commences on 1 January 2009.

Schedule 1 amends PB 120 of 2008.

Schedule 1        Amendments

1. Schedule 2, item dealing with Ibandronic acid

omit from “Column 2”:

(as ibandronate sodium)

and substitute:

(as ibandronate sodium monohydrate)
