1              Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 January 2008.

2              Amendment of PB 93 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 93 of 2007.

Schedule 1        Amendments

[1]       Schedule 1, item dealing with Pemetrexed

insert in the column headed “Circumstances” immediately before the existing circumstance:
