1.         Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 October 2009.

2.         Amendment of PB 95 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 95 of 2007.

Schedule 1   Amendments

[1]       Paragraph 3, Drugs on F2, after The listed drugs

insert as first entry:

“Alendronic acid with colecalciferol”,

[2]       Paragraph 3, Drugs on F2, after “Sodium chloride”

omit the words:

and “Sodium lactate compound”

and substitute:

, “Sodium lactate compound” and “Topiramate”

[3]       Paragraph 4, Drugs in Part A of F2

insert as first entry:

“Alendronic acid with colecalciferol”,

[4]       Paragraph 4, Drugs in Part A of F2, after “Sodium chloride”

omit the words:

and “Sodium lactate compound”

and substitute:
