This instrument commences on 1 April 2009.

2.         Amendment of PB 95 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 95 of 2007.

Schedule 1   Amendments

[1]       Paragraph 2, Drugs on F1, after “Sitagliptin”

(a) omit the word:

and “Telbivudine”

(b) insert:
