1.         Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 December 2008.

2.         Amendment of PB 95 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 95 of 2007.

[1]       Paragraph 2, Drugs on F1, after “Lapatinib”,

insert:

“Nicotine”,

[2]       Paragraph 3, Drugs on F2, after “Enalapril with hydrochlorothiazide”,

insert:

 “Fludarabine”

[3]       Paragraph 3, Drugs on F2, after “Naltrexone”

(a) omit the word

and “Octreotide”

(b) insert:

, “Octreotide” and “Risperidone”

[4]      Paragraph 4, Drugs in Part A of F2, after “Enalapril with hydrochlorothiazide”,
