Amendment determination — Prescription of pharmaceutical benefits by authorised optometrists

1              Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 November 2010.

2              Amendment of PB 11 of 2009

Schedule 1 amends PB 11 of 2009.

Schedule 1        Amendments

[1]     Schedule 1, item dealing with Brimonidine

insert as first item in the columns in the order indicated:

Eye drops containing brimonidine tartrate 1.5 mg per mL, 5 mL Application to the eye Alphagan P 1.5 1 5
