1              Commencement  

   This instrument commences on 1 July 2008.

2              Amendment of PB 57 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 57 of 2007.


Schedule 1        Amendments

[1]           The Schedule, item dealing with Haloperidol

omit from the column headed “Form (strength, type, size, etc.)”:

ampoule

[2]           The Schedule, after item dealing with Haloperidol in the form Injection 5 mg in 1 mL

insert in the columns in the order indicated:

Clonazepam

Oral liquid 2.5 mg per mL, 10 mL

[4]           The Schedule, after item dealing with Glyceryl Trinitrate
