(1)This Instrument is the Amendment determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953.

2 Commencement
This instrument commences on 1 December 2012.
3 Amendments to Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008)
Schedule 1 amends the Determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 119 of 2008).

[1] Schedule 4, after entry for Aprepitant
insert:
Atenolol Oral solution 50 mg in 10 mL, 300 mL
[2] Schedule 4, after entry for Homatropine
insert:
Hyaluronic acid Eye drops containing sodium hyaluronate 1 mg per mL, 10 mL Eye drops containing sodium hyaluronate 2 mg per mL, 10 mL
[3] Schedule 4, after entry for Nafarelin
insert:
Naproxen Oral suspension 125 mg per 5 mL, 474 mL
[4] Schedule 4, omit entry for Neomycin with Bacitracin
