This instrument commences on 1 October 2007.

2              Amendment of PB 52 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends PB 52 of 2007.

Schedule 1        Amendments

[1]           Schedule 4, omit item dealing with “Metabolic Mineral Mixture”

[2]           Schedule 4, after item dealing with Miconazole

insert in the columns in the order indicated:

Mineral mixture Oral powder 250 g (Metabolic Mineral Mixture)

[3]           Schedule 4, item dealing with Prochlorperazine

omit from the column headed “Form”:

Suppositories 3 mg, equivalent to 5 mg prochlorperazine maleate, 5

Suppositories 15 mg, equivalent to 25 mg prochlorperazine maleate, 5

and substitute:

Suppositories containing prochlorperazine equivalent to 5 mg prochlorperazine maleate, 5
