This instrument commences on 1 December 2009.

2              Amendment of PB 119 of 2008

Schedule 1 amends PB 119 of 2008.

Schedule 1            Amendments

[1]Schedule 4, item dealing with Calcipotriol

omit from the column headed “Form (strength, type, size, etc.)”:

Ointment 50 micrograms per g, 30 g

[2]Schedule 4, after item dealing with Calcipotriol

insert in the columns in the order indicated:

Calcipotriol with betamethasone Ointment containing calcipotriol 50 micrograms with betamethasone 500 micrograms (as dipropionate) per g, 30 g
