1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the National Handgun Buyback Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

1. (a)

   on 30 December 2003 — regulations 1 to 3, and Schedule 1;

2. (b)

   on the date of their notification in the Gazette — Schedule 2.

3Amendment of National Handgun Buyback Regulations 2003

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the National Handgun Buyback Regulations2003.
