Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the National Gas (South Australia) Variation Regulations 2017.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of Schedule 4—Conduct provisions

1. Schedule 4—delete "Schedule 1, clause 26(4) and (7)" and substitute:

   Schedule 1, clause 26(7)

2. Schedule 4—before "Rule 503" insert:

   Rule 500A(3)
