National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania)

The National Energy Retail Law, as in force from time to time, set out in the Schedule to the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011 of South Australia is applied (with modifications) as a law of Tasmania by the National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania) Act 2012 and, as so applying, may be referred to as the National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania)
