1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the National Energy Retail (Civil Penalties) Amendment Regulations 2023.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

  1. Schedule 1, Part 1—after "Rule 75B(2)" insert:

    Rule 76A

    Rule 76D

  2. Schedule 1, Part 2—after "Rule 82" insert:

    Rule 126A

  3. Schedule 1, Part 2—after "Rule 147(7)" insert:

    Rule 147A
