These regulations may be cited as the
National Electricity (Wholesale Market Monitoring) Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Statutes Amendment (National Energy Laws) (Wholesale Market Monitoring) Act 2024 comes into operation.
Schedule 1, Part 1—after "Section 14B" insert:
Section 18EK(1)
Section 18EL(1)
on the unanimous recommendation of the Ministers of the participating jurisdictions and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
