National Electricity (Tasmania) Law

The National Electricity Law, as in force from time to time, set out in the Schedule to the National Electricity (South Australia) Act 1996 of South Australia is applied (with modifications) as a law of Tasmania by the Electricity - National Scheme (Tasmania) Act 1999 and, as so applying, may be referred to as the National Electricity (Tasmania) Law
