Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the National Electricity (South Australia) (Disclosure) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

Part 2—Amendment of National Electricity (South Australia) Regulations

3—Insertion of regulation 6B

After regulation 6A insert:

6B—Disclosure of protected information

For the purposes of section 54C(2)(g) of the new National Electricity Law, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation is prescribed.
